It appears that iOS 4.3 has been released 2 days earlier than the official launch, last week during the release of the iPad 2, Steve Jobs announced that 4.3 would be out with the iPad, however it has been released today, and as stated not for the iTouch 2nd gens, and iPhone 3G.
You will need to update your iTunes to the latest version(4.2.1) to get iOS 4.3. The latest features on it are the following:
- Nitro JavaScript engine (improves performance of Safari browser).
- iTunes home sharing.
- AirPlay improvements.
- Preference for iPad switch: Mute or rotation lock
- Personal hotspot: iPhone 4 only
