  1. Tap-Tap Revenge 4 – possibly the funnest free game on the appstore… I can sit for hours and play this game or until I cant feel my thumbs anymore.
  2. Viber – free voip app that doesn’t require a username or pw but uses your phone number as the id and just automatically scans your contacts to see which of them have the app and u can make free voice calls. excellent voice quality.
  3. Whats app – almost the same concept as viber but with text instead of sound also available for bb and android so works on a lot of different platforms and also can send pictures and short voice recordings.
  4. iTeleport – best remote desktop app that allows you to see and control you computer’s desktop when on the same wi-fi network and even when on different networks so u can control see and control your computer from a different country.
  5. Skype – now updated to allow video calling with webcams to facetime enabled idevices also another way to make free voice calls and chat.
  6. Remote – the coolest and best way to control iTunes playback.
  7. Skyfire – best browser to play flash video my full review [HERE].
  8. SoundHound – cool app that listens to music and tells you the name and artist of that song. I use it all the time when a good song plays on the radio and I want to get it when I get home.
  9. Facebook – best way to access Facebook on iPhone and the app is waaaaay better than the one for bb.
  10. Flashlight – really simple but useful app that uses the screen of your iPhone or iPod touch as a flashlight with different colors also, for iPhone 4 users, there is the option to use the LED flash instead of the screen.

Thanks for your comment. I will be sure to do an update post about al the new features that will be coming to viber and the new supported platforms. I’m a fan of your application and I was wondering if the new text messaging feature will support phone numbers or just send to other viber users. Thanks again for your comment! 🙂

Text messaging will be supported between 2 Vibers, just like calls.
Remember that Viber will soon be available in more and more devices, and so more and more of your friends will be able to install Viber, and text you for free 🙂
